3 individually furnished luxury suites each with free internet connection, air conditioning, separate dressing area, mini-bar, hairdryer and private balcony or veranda.
Each suite has a TV with DVD player, laptop or netbook for your use. You can change with other guests.
Suite 1 - The ground Floor
Is right in the garden and has a great view of the pool. It has a super kingsize bed and a single bed, a huge bathroom with corner bath and separate shower.
Suite 2 - The second floor
Has a lovely view of the garden and pool. It has a super kingsize bed and a huge bathroom with corner bath and separate shower.
Suite 3 - The third floor
Has a spectacular view above the trees of the surrounding paddy fields and overlooks the garden and pool. It has 2 four poster beds in that can be pushed together and one single bed. There is a small kitchen area with sink, fridge and kettle and the a large bathroom with walk in shower.

We offer a personal service that you won't find in larger hotels. We own and manage the villa ourselves, and live on the premises. Our aim is simply to provide a perfect atmosphere for you to enjoy the holiday of your dreams.
Meals: There are no time restrictions so meals can be served whatever time you want them in the garden or on your balcony. There is a lunch/room service menu and 3 courses dinner menu available daily.

There are some delightful places to eat in Bentota, and we will be happy to recommend them and even take you there. But if you want the shortest possible trip back to your room afterwards, we can offer some pretty fine dining here at home!
